COVID 19, exeptions to the cancellation policy:


In case of mobility restrictions imposed by governments (with proof) we will refund the total amount paid . Flight cancellations and other type of circumstances will not apply.

The capacity of people that can stay at the house is specified on the webpage. Exceptions can be made for children under 3 yrs old, please check in with us.

If the number of people occupying the house exceeds the maximum number of people authorized access to the accommodation might be refused.

Tourist tax of 0.90 cent per person (over 16 years old and up to 7 days) will have to be paid on arrival in cash . The tenant must provide the information of all the people coming (name surname and date of birth) prior to their arrival or on the date of arrival.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations more than 90 days before arrival: 25% of the total of the stay will be retained

Cancellations more than 42 days before arrival: 50% of the total of the stay will be retained

Cancellations less than 42 days before arrival: no reimbursement.

The Tenant must leave the property in the state in which it was found, leaving it free of items and belongings and with the utilities available and the furniture and objects sin perfect working order, without an extension thereof being permissible, unless agreed in writing between the parties. Rubbish has to be disposed of and dishes must be washed and in their place or at least in the dishwasher otherwise a part of the deposit might be retained.

If the client arrives after the agreed arrival date or leaves before the agreed departure date, he will have no right to any reimboursement. The stay will have to be paid in its totality.


The Tenant is obliged to conserve the House in perfect conditions during the term freely agreed between both parties. 

 The Tenant may not perform disturbing, unhealthy, noxious, hazardous, illicit acts, nor may flammable, explosive or corrosive materials be stored in the home and/or mercantile or industrial activities be performed.

We ask you to be respectful of the neighbors as fat as noise is concerned and to respect community rules in case there are any specified in the accomodation you have rented. If this should not be the case we have the right to cancel your booking contract at once, ask you to leave the accomodation immediately with no right to remboursment.


The Tenant shall be directly and exclusively responsible and waives the owner of all responsibility for:

ıi) Damages that may be caused to persons or property arising from the installations of the services and utilities in the house leased by season.

ıii) Damages, deterioration or loss caused to it, either caused by any of the guests in the house.

Under no circumstances may the walls be drilled or holed.

With regards to use of swimming pools, we ask that minors are supervised by an adult at all times. The tenant has no right to claim against the owner of the property in relation to misuse of the pool.
