L'orada is a three-bedroom house is designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, where comfort meets convenience.
Let’s start with the bedrooms: a the master bedroom welcomes you with a plush double bed (160cm), ensuite bathroom, and the air conditioning. A second bedroom features a playful bunk bed, while the third offers a snug double bed (135cm). A spacious and modern bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms. All the bedrooms have spacious wardrobes.
The heart of the house is the open-plan living and dining area, complete with a TV and air conditioning joined by he spacious fully equipped kitchen, adjacent to the living area. Both spaces seamlessly lead to the inviting garden outside. Though not sprawling, the garden exudes a charming and cozy atmosphere. Step through from the living room or kitchen to discover a covered porch, furnished with a table and chairs for al fresco dining for six.
A BBQ area beckons for delightful evenings grilling, and sun loungers by the inviting 7m x 3m pool provide the perfect spot for soaking up the sun. Take in breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding landscape, all while enjoying total privacy in this peaceful residential area of Cabanyes.
For added convenience, a garage is available for storing your car and bicycles, ensuring your holiday is stress-free. While the WiFi may not be high-speed, it provides basic connectivity for your essential needs.
Immerse yourself in the holiday spirit just 10 minutes from the beach of Torre Valentina and a short drive from the town centre of Calonge, Playa de Aro or Palamos. The house, though not extravagant and the garden not expansive, offers a cozy and convenient spot, creating the perfect base to enjoy the laid-back charm of Costa Brava.

· The tourist tax is not included in the booking price. It will be charged according to the rate in force at the time of check-in.
